We have been cleaning the windows on the historic King Edward VII’s Hospital since 2006. The contract comprises of a twice per weekly internal (under the instruction of King Edward VII’s management) and four-monthly external window cleaning visits. Our operatives utilise water fed poles, ladder and traditional methods as this allows us to deliver the best and most cost-effective solution to cleaning the four separate hospital buildings.

Battersea Place Retirement Village

We have been cleaning the windows of the Battersea Place Retirement Villagesince 2017. We utilise our Abseil / Rope Access team to clean the high-level windows on this complex site to keep the whole building looking sparkling clean.The retirement village is a modern 10-storey building located on a busy city area sothe exterior windows soon become dirty.We provideaquarterly window cleaning at this site to a high specification. With a 24-hour concierge and a 4* spa on-site, the residents expect nothing less than exceptionally clean windows and balconies all year round.

Whole Foods Market

We have been cleaning the windows on a weekly basis at Whole Foods Market store on Kensington High Street (the old Barkers of Kensington department store) along with four smaller sites in London, since 2008. Comprising a total area of total of 80,000 square ft (7,400 m²) on three levels, this is their flagship store in the UK and the largest worldwide. We use traditional window cleaning methods and ladders to access all windows and high-level in store partition glazing. The works are carried out before the store opens at 9:30am.The standards expected are very high on this site, our longevity in providing the quality of service expected proves our window cleaning pedigree.

GMS Estates Ltd

Various sites

We have been cleaning the windows on 40 + buildings in central London owned and managed by GMS Estates since 2007, this involves cleaning external windows. We book and schedule all window cleaning visits via our scheduling software. Before and after photos are taken demonstrating proof of attendance. We utilise water fed poles, MEWPS and traditional methods to clean the external windows on these buildings. The external works are, on the majority of sites, carried out before 9:00am to avoid pedestrian and road traffic, warning signs are always placed around the base of the structure to be cleaned.
